Ever since our restaurant opened, we have been serving fairly traded coffee roasted right here in Rimouski; Our napkins and hand towels are made from unbleached paper; Jams and milk for coffee are served in reusable containers; Our take-out containers, cups and straws are compostable; We sell cotton and nylon bags; Parts of our working uniforms are of fair-trade manufacture; Many of our products are organic, locally made or home made; All the cleaning products we use are biodegradable; We have fairly-traded sugar for coffee; We offer $0.30 off to customers who use reusable cups.
